Group Classes


Strength & Balance

Our flagship class and the foundation of the studio. This class builds functional strength, improves stability, and reduces fall risk through safe, progressive exercises tailored to your level. Most members attend twice a week, coming with the same group at the same time.

Feel-Good Cardio

A once-a-week class focused on heart health, energy, and endurance — at a pace that feels sustainable and enjoyable. Take it on its own or add it to your Strength & Balance membership for a little more variety in your week.

Brain Agility

A once-a-week class that challenges your mind as much as your body. Brain Agility weaves cognitive exercises into movement to build focus, reaction time, and mental sharpness. A favorite for members who want to keep both their body and their brain feeling sharp.

Mindful Mobility (NEW!)

A once-a-week class focused on stretching, mobility, balance, posture, and mindful movement. Each class follows a familiar structure with a gentle warm-up and guided stretching sequence, along with a weekly focus area that may emphasize balance, core strength, posture, or mobility for specific areas of the body. Most of the class is done standing, with chairs nearby for balance and support. This class is designed to support recovery, improve ease of movement, and leave you feeling more relaxed and comfortable in your body.
